Custom Gear FAQ

1. Fill out the Custom Singlet Inquiry on the team page.
2. We will respond to you through email confirming details. 
3. Artwork is free for 1-2 designs
4. Approve the mockup we send back, or make suggestions for changes. We want to make sure we capture your vision!  
5. Pay Invoice, send us PO information, etc 
6. Provide us with the size, quantity, and shipping address details via email or phone. 
7. We will ship your customized singlets to your door within 3-5 weeks of the initial order! 

Initial orders need to be for at least 14 singlets.

Our dedicated team can complete your design in just 2-3 days, and we offer a swift 2-5 week turnaround for printing and delivering (during peak seasons ~4-5 weeks).

We offer sizes ranging from 3XS (35 - 50lbs) up to 4XL (260 - 285lbs).  See bottom of team page for complete sizing

Return and Refund Policy

At GrappleMonster, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you find any issues with your purchase, we are here to help with our return and refund policy.

Returns

• Due to the custom nature of the orders. Returns are not accepted.  If there is an issue with the order we will work to get it resolved.  We will remake the order if it is our mistake on the item.  

Reorders

• We offer the flexibility to reorder any quantity of our products, free of charge.

If your gear didn't come out the way you wanted then send us an email with the photos showing the issues.  We wll review it and if the gear is not right then we will remake the order!

Dye Sublimation involves “dyeing” the fabric with a 4-color (CMYK) process, incorporating a wide range of colors and images. They are not only visually appealing but also very durable and machine washable!

While Dye Sublimation and Screen Print may look similar, the key difference lies in the feel. Dye Sublimation dyes the fabric, ensuring a thinner, longer-lasting, seamless finish.
